TrustLine gives members a private, structured way to report bad behaviour, rule violations, harassment and other incidents directly to server Administrators.

Commands

Everyone 1 command
/trustline report Opens a private report form where a user can submit a report with details, evidence, timestamps, and category.
Admins 9 commands
/trustline categories Lists all available report categories configured for the server.
/trustline category-add Adds a new report category, for example Harassment, Spam, Threats, or Rule Violation.
/trustline category-disable Disables an existing report category so users can no longer select it.
/trustline close Closes a report with an outcome such as No Action, Action Taken, or Invalid Report.
/trustline config Shows the current TrustLine configuration for the server.
/trustline note Adds an internal admin note to a report. Users cannot see these notes.
/trustline reports Lists recent submitted reports, optionally filtered by status, urgent reports, or reports assigned to the current admin.
/trustline setup Runs the initial TrustLine setup for the server, including report channel, anonymous reporting, evidence rules, receipts, and thread settings.
/trustline view Opens a specific report by reference number, for example TL-000124.
