Starts a new application. The user chooses the job, department, faction, or role they want to apply for and answers the configured application questions.

Sentinel is built for departments, jobs and internal roles that need a clear application and approval process.

/sentinel-staff approve
Approves a submitted application. If the selected option is mapped to a Discord role, Sentinel will try to assign that role to the applicant.
/sentinel-staff deny
Denies a submitted application and notifies the applicant with the reason provided by staff.
/sentinel-staff panel
Opens the staff review panel. Staff can view pending applications and use buttons/dropdowns to review, approve, or deny applications more easily.
/sentinel-admin close
Closes applications. Users will not be able to submit new applications while applications are closed.
/sentinel-admin export
Exports application data to a CSV file for reporting, backup, or external record keeping.
/sentinel-admin history
Shows the application history for a specific user, including previous submissions and outcomes.
/sentinel-admin open
Opens applications so users can submit new applications with /sentinel apply.
/sentinel-admin option-add
Adds an option to a single-select question. This is used for choices such as Police, EMS, Fire Department, Mechanic, Staff, or other server roles.
/sentinel-admin option-delete
Removes an option from a single-select question.
/sentinel-admin option-edit
Edits an existing option on a single-select question, including its label, value, order, or mapped Discord role.
/sentinel-admin panel
Opens the Sentinel admin control panel. This gives admins an easier in-chat way to manage settings, questions, options, and application status.
/sentinel-admin question-add
Adds a new question to the application form. This is used to build the form users complete when applying.
/sentinel-admin question-delete
Removes an application question from the form.
/sentinel-admin question-edit
Edits an existing application question, such as changing the wording, order, required status, type, or role-mapping behaviour.
/sentinel-admin questions
Lists all current application questions, including their IDs, order, type, required status, and options where applicable.
/sentinel-admin search
Searches submitted applications by status, user, or other available filters so admins can quickly find specific applications.
/sentinel-admin setup
Sets up Sentinel for the server, including where submitted applications should be sent for staff review.
/sentinel-admin stats
Shows application statistics, such as how many applications are pending, approved, denied, or submitted recently.
